What you need to know about New Home Construction.
If you have found the home of your dreams in the perfect subdivision and have not been working with a REALTOR®, there are things you should know.
A Buyer’s Agent commission is built into the sales price of the home. The Builder does not reduce his price by any percentage if you are not working with an Agent.
You should also remember that the Builder’s Representative DOES NOT REPRESENT YOU in any way. If you have a conflict, their responsibility is to the builder!
A builder’s salesperson does not have to be a licensed in the State of Texas. A Builder or his Representative is not obligated to disclose to you any roads, zoning or subdivisions planned for currently or in the future that might negatively impact the location of the home you may be trying to purchase.
